A warm welcome to Langtoft Primary School's learning ethos page. Here you'll get a brief overview of some of our main child education policies which support the learning process in our school. We seek to teach the child and not just the curriculum and therefore we give careful thought to the delivery, evaluation and progression of the learning that takes place in our excellent classes.


MISSON STATEMENT	In a caring and loving environment for all our staff to provide for each child to be given the opportunity to blossom in their educational experiences having great opportunity to embrace a variety of learning skills and environment experiences so that they may grow in both dependent and independent learning - enjoying listening to others to gain knowledge and expressing formed opinions of their own.


CONTINUITY and PROGRESSION	Providing opportunities for all to learn and achieve within the context of the curriculum at a level that is appropriate to the child's development stage - having clear targets to take each child through to greater life and educational understanding. Ensuring that each child moves through this process consistently as they walk through their daily school life.
